  1. I just bought The Lacquer Lady!!! I kid you not! I found it at Half Price Books last weekend and it was only $1, so I bought it. I read part of the first chapter in the store and it seemed really interesting. That’s so weird, I’d never even heard of it and there it is first on your list!

    So I hope you get that one, though you have lots of other interesting titles on your list. I read Kipps by H. G. Wells a couple of years ago and really liked it, so I want to read Ann Veronica. And The Odd Women was quite good, though a little preachy. I’ll be posting my list this weekend. Good luck!
